In the late nineties MapleSquare.com was the first Canadian internet directory with the highest quality Canadian websites. As AOL Canada wrote about in the press release on June 29, 1998:

"MapleSquare has been selected by AOL Canada to assist in identifying unique Canadian content for its launch of AOL Canada NetFind. This partnership will make the interactive experience even easier and more convenient for AOL Canada members and Internet users. Maple Square created Canada's first national Internet directory in 1996."

MapleSquare is coming back to the Canadian and worldwide audience as a guide to Canada. Its goal is to provide a comprehensive guide to the Canadian cities for travellers and also for Canada residents.
